The Broadway Hotel - London Heathrow - Southall

We had a comfortable stay in this great hotel. The room was beautifully maintained and reasonably large, there was a fairly clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable & the staff was amicable.

It was a good budget hotel that covered all our needs. We enjoyed standard queen room provided with a TV and a tasty breakfast overnight plus shared bathroom.

Finding the entrance is a challenge due to the poor signage!!! The noise from the nearby fire station might be off-putting for light sleepers!!! The hotel's layout could use better navigation details!!!

Had some issues with broken shower heads in both showers-definitely not ideal when you're trying to wash off the day's dust. The TV provided zero channels, leaving me with no entertainment options. There's also no key to the front door, meaning I had to rely on staff to let me in, which could be a hassle during late hours. The noise from the street and rooms above made for a restless night. Small toilets felt cramped, and that can wear on you after a few days. Mostly manageable, but a few personal preferences would have improved my stay.

The service was commendable, especially the staff member who assisted with our luggage. The bathroom had a powerful shower with ample hot water and clean towels. The room benefited from effective noise reduction due to the PVC windows.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of shops and delicious eateries nearby, especially the amazing restaurant Poornima for parathas! The staff were accommodating, even allowing an early check-in, a great help. The room felt a bit cramped with our luggage, but manageable for a short stay.

I booked a single room for a single night, and I was impressed by the clean linens and the convenient amenities like the kettle for tea. The shared bathroom was kept immaculate, which was a nice surprise. The only difference was that the actual room felt cozier than the online photos suggested. I'd definitely go back again!

Clean room with a tv, electric kettle, and good shower. The hairdryer and iron were handy. Super nice team with bags and gave great local tips. Perfect location for exploring Southall, tons of restaurants nearby. The noise from the main street can be a bit much, but it's manageable. There's a common kitchen too.

The food scene nearby is lit! Madhu's is awesome for nice Indian curries, and the Wok & Karahi has some banging noodles that'll knock your socks off. Plus, the staff were chill and super friendly that little bit sweeter.

Now, let's keep it real. The hotel's interior is a bit of a letdown-walls and curtains looking shabby, and the incense vibes can be intense for some.
